Job Description:
Job Title: License Administrator POSITION SUMMARY Prepare and submit required state license compliance reports.
Tracks and monitors licenses through the ordering and distribution process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Process base plate renewals and Process IRP plate renewals and Updates Enrich system with IRP and base plate renewal Back up Permit Administrator as Update and maintain temporary and actual license information in Enrich Contact facility and state regarding license Maintains license documents in DocuWare and Process title corrections, replacements, and lien holder Process plates/cab cards off sold equipment for transfer Other duties as POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her Active Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.

Experience:
3 plus years of experience in Permit and Licensing Administration Computer Skills: Experience in all Microsoft applications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
